Low-price Oslo Fjord Voyage

It is a “well kept secret” that the boat service between Oslo and Drobak is a fascinating sightseeing in the inner Oslo Fjord. The tour takes you through 12 small short-stop harbors on islands and mainland in a 1.5 hours delightful voyage.

Be smart, buy your automated ticket(s) in advance at Aker Brygge. On board there will be a fee added. There is no extra fee in the stops where ticket machines are not installed. For an overall list of tickets & prices, click here.

The speedboat will take you through a surprising archipelago of islands and skerries, which gives a good impression of the seaside life in The Inner Oslo Fjord. Fishing, industries and trade fleet have set their historical marks on the landscape, and you will be amazed to see the green surroundings of the fjord – scattered with idyllic houses and cottages. From time to time the fjord will be filled with sailboats and private cruisers in addition to all the merchant ships that regularly travel the fjord.

Once in Drobak, do enjoy all commodities here: Drink & Dine, a broad variety of small shop & boutiques, the old town environment with it’s wooden houses, the boat harbor and the water front in general. On your way you will have an impressive view of the Oscarsborg Fortress with it’s solid stone constructions and mighty guns. From Oscarsborg there is a separate shuttle ferry to Drøbak. You may spend several hours in cosy Drøbak before returning to Oslo with the speedboat. If you want to stay even longer, you may return by bus back to Oslo. • The B21 service starts March 24th and normally goes on until October 1st. • The B22 starts June 1st and normally runs through August. For exact info about when the services end in autumn, see: www.ruter.no

Bon Voyage!
